Where would I specify paver guard rails?

Where would I specify rooftop paver guard rails? What should I call them? What trade would install them? (Yes I know we are not supposed to dictate trades, but this may help me know where to specify them.)

I put these with Roofing Accessories. They aren’t really constructed – just put into place and ballasted. I treat them like a roof crossover or other metal item up there.
