Do you issue these as part of the specifications or as a separate document? On this project, the Contractor has provided a very thorough plan and wants it included in the Contract Documents, but the Architect proposes it should be a separate document.
The IAQ Management Plan is typically a requested environental information submittal. The Contractor is responsible for creating it and enforcing it. It would not be included in the Project Manual.
