What company manufactures insulating glazing units with integral blinds?
Pella? Andersen?
Commercial or residential?
I know pella has them – as well as the ability to place “art panels” inbetween. But the inbetween is between an insulated unit and a third piece of glass. This way the sealed unit stays sealed.

These are for windows in a hospital.
Most alum window mfrs have between-glass blind option; you generally have to find the (buried) info in mfrs websites. EFCO, Kawneer (Alcoa), Graham, Wausau.
We have a project underway that is using a Kawneer sourced window with integral blinds for hospital patient rooms. The resulting window units are “triple glazed” with the building standard IGU, then a 2-inch clear or so air space holding the blind, and a interior casement hinged single light that can be opened for maintenance. The window operators route into the mullion and can only adjust the blade angle, not raise or lower the blind.
We were unable to make the operators conform to accessibility criteria, and this being California and an OSHPD project, that means we had to remove the handles and make them only operable with a “special tool” that only the staff have access to.
We have also used the Unicell product for interiors, but they are very expensive, based in Quebec, and can be fiddley to deal with.
with those windows with integral blinds, you need to pay attention to where the operator is. And Steve is correct about most of the manufacturers – you have option only to tilt the blinds, not pull them up or let them down. in ICU areas (where these are often used) the operator can be an infection agent, so typically the blind operator (a small knob) is on the corridor - non-patient room – side of the opening and is operable by staff only.
