What MasterFormat number should I use for wood entrances and storefronts?

I have used 08 4133 “Wood-Framed Storefront Systems”.

MasterFormat does include 08 4311 “Timber-Framed Storefronts.”

David - FYI; previously spec’d Duratherm Corporation as BOD for a Bahrain restaurant.

Depending on the specific application and whether or not you needed some sort of compliance with structural requirements, you could specify the frames and trim in Division 06 and the doors as glazed stile and rail doors in Division 08.
