Where would I specify decorative screen walls and doors?

I am writing a specification for a decorative metal screen wall and door system. This assembly will be on the exterior of the building at grade level. The purpose is to asthetically hide the interior electrical transformer.

I’d use Section 108213 Exterior Grilles and Screens. The inclusion of doors would just require some supplementary framing and door hardware, but the manufactured screen system is the primary determinant.
