This is how we vote in Wasington State

Washington State has an all-mail-in ballot system for every election that include State, County, City, School District, Judicial, Port, Initiatives, Referendums, etc.

A few weeks before the voting deadline, every voter is mailed a Voter’s Pamphlet. This pamphlet describes how to fill out your ballot, where to vote, the location of election offices, etc.

The pamphlet gives a synopsis of each candidate, including: elected office, headshot, name, party affiliation, elected experience, other professional experience, education, community service, statement, and contact.

Here is an example.

I find the voter’s pamphlet to be very informative and helpful when making decisions.

I recommend that CSI produce a similar online pamphlet for future elections.
