Some days are better than others

Sometimes I get the feeling the whole world is against me, but deep down I know that’s not true. Some smaller countries are neutral. Robert Orben (1927-)

A good night’s sleep always helps.

And chocolate.

The morning newspapers offered up these horoscopes:

“SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22-Dec 21): Dont expect to get pat on the back for the job you do. Do the best you can and walk away. Make plans to socialize or to do something that will help ease your stress or help you relax.”

-and-

“People may drive you absolutely nuts today – so make sure that you’re giving yourself the space to escape when you need it. Things may start to get a little weird later in the day, if that’s possible.”

So, I’m looking forward to whatever stress-relieving weirdness the long weekend might bring! Happy 4th my friends!

I’m thinking of dark chocolate, cherry pie, and some good wine. If the weather cooperates Ill swim some laps, which usually helps me un-stress. Swimming 1st, otherwise nothing good will come of it.

[if I cant find the chocolate, pie, and good wine, maybe Ill just drink cheap wine  ]

Chocolate - always chocolate. The darker the better. “Endangered Species” may just be the best.

And ice cream - Jeni’s may be the best one ever.

Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they aren’t after you
Joseph Heller, Catch-22

I’ll settle for a milkshake right about now. I’ve given up losing weight and decided to just grow taller. I figure I’ve got about as much chance either way.

Never give up. And never, under any circumstances, face the facts.
