The construction manager told the architect that the wall panels would be prefabricated and shipped to the site for erection.
These panels make a lot of sense for various reasons: inclement weather, small construction site, tighter tolerances, faster installation, etc.

For future projects, how will I specify these assemblies?
Id specify them as a child under 061200 Structural Panels. This is based on MasterFormat 2020, which notes, Includes: reinforced and unreinforced wood-based structural panels.
Alternatively, I suppose they could be specified under 061700 Shop-Fabricated Structural Wood. (Includes: columns, beams, joists, trusses, and other structural units fabricated from wood or wood in combination with metal elements.).
Import applicable Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 requirements from sections for Wood Framing and Sheathing.
I dont know whether MF2026 has sections for prefabricated building elements such as wall panels. Since Ive been retired for 15 years I have no reason, nor intention, to shell out for CSI Dynamic Standards in order to access MF2026.
It is interesting that after all the hype of MF 2004 and “work results,” most of Div 06 is just products that, on their own, don’t produce any work results.
Personally, I would create a Section 06 10 83 and call it Prefabricated Rough Carpentry or Prefabricated Wall Panels.

I took MF2004 “work results” to heart in my personal life.
Computer files for my own personal healthcare are labeled “breathing”, “chewing”, “hearing”, “seeing”. “heart beating”, and of course, “sh*tting”.
A specifier can retire but they hold onto old habits.
