Does anyone have any experience with this manufacturer, they are new to me, Developer wants us to include them in our specs…thanks.

Misread at first glance and thought it said, “Kosher Waterproofing”
KoEster, with an extra E? We specified Koester “VAP I pH System” for remedial vapor control treatment on a concrete floor, and it worked well. I have had no other experience with the company, but will tell you that Koester was recommended by a high performance coatings rep in whom I place much trust, for what that is worth.
I’ll echo George’s comments. I’ve specified their “VAP I 2000” with good results.
However, I don’t believe they offer a waterproofing material.

I’ll add a bit of advice that was given to me about using the product, or any similar product for vapor control:
Apply it before the interior walls are constructed. It keeps the labor costs down by not having to work around the interior walls with the shot/sand blast preparation process, and it ensures a complete seal of the concrete surface.
Ron, the room to receive the product is existing trash room that is being converted to a refrigerated storage room, the primary walls are existing.
In that case…never mind.
