I’m catching up on some of my periodicals and came across an article in “Doors & Hardware”, Feb 2013 issue written by Thomas Dunbar, FCSC, RSW, CSI on “The Importance of Product Literature”.
Not sure how many of you get this publication, but the article was very well written and I wish every manufacturer who wants their product specified read it and followed the recommendations!
