The existing drawings call out “precast resinous concrete panel” and it is about 1/2" thick.
We have not been able to find out much information on this product, even our outside consultant is not to sure what it is.
In the end we are looking at removing and providing new cladding on the building, but we are curious if any of the bright minds on this forum are familiar with it?
