Working on a wood frame 4 story multifamily (not my wheelhouse) stair landings call for exterior conc topping over waterproof membrane over T&G OSB, I am confused on what topping product to specify, must be fire rated?
Similar design on same type of project, I used a normal weight concrete topping with small aggregate. I do not recall thickness of detail.
Perimeter edge restrained with a Simply Products Co." Concrete T-Bar with drip edge.
