Cloverdale, a Canadian paint company, bought Rodda Paint a few years ago. Now they are buying Miller Paint.
Rodda and Miller are big Pacific NW regional brands.

I always had good experience with Cloverdale. I guess they need to do this to keep in the mix (no pun intended).
