What’s the best paint for repainting old previously-painted exterior cement plaster? (it’s apparently a sculptural decorative element on a civic welcome arch across a street.) Granted, surface prep is critical, but is there a clear favorite? Or reasons why some other paints don’t work as well? Thanks.
Got an answer. Tnemec Enviro-Crete 156, 1 or 2 coats after pressure washing with 2000-2500 lbs pressure. I knew that once, but had forgotten…
