General experience (including whether CDT, CCCA, registered architect/engineer or not) and years of experience.

CSI Region.
hours work week / total gross project currently working on
$85,000 + $15k in overtime/bonuses
7 years dedicated CA, 18 years experience in architecture at 5 different firms in the past 12 years. CCCA, not registered (yet), no Bachelor’s, all OJT.
Southwest region
60+ hours a week typically, often more 
Total gross at any given time…probably in the $150 million range, but never in one phase
