I’m still trying to find some LEED management help. Does anyone have suggestions of written material that guides one through the construction management of a LEED project? The LEED NC 2.2 book doesn’t address this. Would sure appreciate any suggestions you have.
I’ve started a blog on LEED documentation and management issues. Many of the posts are on small trip-ups that I’ve encountered working on LEED projects. I just started last month, and have a running list of about 20 topics that I’m trying to pace out across the next few months.
Right now, there’s not too much on the management side posted, though there’s a two part series on managing multiple building’s projects that you might find helpful.
I will be posting on time management, documentation coordination issues, etc. in the near future.
