Does anyone know if it is possible to get recycled content in cellcore, elastizell etc? I didn’t see anything on their websites?

I can’t give you a quantifiable answer to your question, but yes, these products may be able to contribute in small measure to recycled content.

These lightweight products are produced by making a foam that is mixed with approved cement slurry mix. A mix may include some fly ash replacing a certain percentage of portland cement. The allowable amount will vary with the density of in-place material. The technical folks with the manufacturers should be able to give you some approved mix designs for your application.
